Hello, all you precious hearts. We know it's been awhile since we've updated, so we figured it was about time to give another report.

So Katsucon was an absolute blast for us, despite the horrible lay out of the convention. For a few of the members, the convention began on thursday night, where Saix and Demyx arrived early for badge pick-up (which turned out to be a very wise move). It was pretty nice, not too crowded and they got to meet up with several friends without too much of a hassle. But bed time quickly came and went, and soon... it was friday morning, the official first day of Katsucon~!

The rest of the group began to arrive, as Demyx, Saix and Roxas flounced around in alternative costumes. Lucky for them, they avoided the bulk of the reportedly 3-4 hour wait in the pre-registration line to get their badges. Unfortunately, the rest of the group ended up getting stuck in the middle of the rush hour. There was not a whole lot to mention on Friday, except to check into hotels, waiting for everyone to get through the line, locate Lexaeus and Luxord from Afterlife, and our photographer, ~angelx129, and then dinner. Most of us then decided to grab our blankets that Demyx made, and wander around in a mini-pajama party. After awhile, most of the group either went home or retired to their rooms for card games and absolute insanity, while some dipped into the game room, and others visited a few panels or just slummed around with friends in random hallways.

The night passed quickly, and all too soon it was Saturday~! Finally, Valentines Day... The day we had all worked our asses off for was finally upon us, for the most part, we were ready. It surprisingly took very little persuading to get everyone up and dressed, then over to Saix's room for pinning wigs and collecting props. That's right, our Saix (~ArcadiaEclipse) cut and styled the large majority of our wigs, with an exception of a few, and almost all the weapons (save for Oathkeeper, Kingdom Key, and Xigbar's guns) were made by her. After we were all certain we were ready, it was time to descend into the bowels of hell... And overly crowded conventions with the ultima of spikes and props.... A creation of none other than Square-Enix. What can you expect?

But wow, we seemed insanely popular! It seemed as though we simply could not take three steps without being stopped for pictures, and it felt pretty damn awesome! That is, if we had hearts... and could feel... and stuff. Moving on!

UNFORTUNATELY, our Xemnas fell ill sometime during the night, so he was unable to attend. We apologize to those who were expecting to see Mansex pictures, but if it helps, even we haven't seen pictures of it yet. Nor has he! Oh, also Vexen was out of the country, but hopefully IV will be at Otakon.

SoNo Productions had just made it to the main level when who do we find, but a harem of Disney Princesses~! So of course we had to find a Sora and a Riku to have a mini-photoshoot outside. It was cute: Sora and Riku vs. Organization XIII for the Princesses of Heart. We were scheduled for a photoshoot at noon but thanks to some "construction" (which we believe never existed), we had to relocated from the terrace. Thanks to the scouting of Xigbar and a few others, we found a nice little location near artist alley... Let the crack commence.

There was far too much to describe at the photoshoot, but somewhere there is a journal floating around the pretty much photo-documents the entire process. Once one of us finds the link, we will update you all. But one fun part? Seeing ~UltimaWithout being transformed into Douche Cruise, with the aid of ~zombiedodge and Valkyrie posters and pins.

After the photoshoot, we all parted ways for a bit, breaking off into smaller little groups to once again wander the con. After a pleasant trip for chinese food, it was FINALLY time to take our Kiriban picture! WHAT IS THAT? SoNoPro has finally decided to take care of the 1300 view kiriban we promised ~blademaster57 some number of months ago? Yes! I don't want to give anything away, though. However, it will probably be explained with the photo (which should be uploaded today or tomorrow)~!

After the kiriban photoshoot, we continued to wander and pose again until it was time for the ball. Most of the Organization, thanks to the efforts of Roxas, Luxord and Saix, were dressed in a military formal, which worked quite nice for most of the characters. Luxord was somewhat... dangerous, but looked dashing none the less. And Roxas learned a manly pose, to which we all applaud!

It was a little frustrating having to wait in line for 2 hours, give or take a few minutes, because the ball was insanely delayed. Of course, we later learned that it was due to an unavoidable issue with the masquerade earlier in the day, so we'll let that slide. Besides, Roxas, our rick-roll champion took the liberty of practically rick-rolling the entire artist alley. Once she started singing, the entire Organization picked up on it, then the entire ball line, then pretty much the entire bottom level. It was quite amazing, until everyone continued to sing every song they could think of.

The ball itself was a bit of a let down, but it was pretty fun none the less. Demyx and Afterlife's Lex left early to go rot in the game room, though Xaldin, Xigbar, Roxas and Saix (as Axel) stayed and lit up the dance floor with their mad dance skills (so difficult to type with a straight face). But after the ball, and stopping in for the rave for a small amount of time, it was time to return to everyone's respective rooms once more... Though most didn't sleep until well after 3 AM.

Sunday came and went far too quickly, with some still in Organization XIII, others in Ouran Host Club (with jackets made by our fabulous ~FlansPirateWench, check out her gallery for Ouran pictures). After a bit of last minute shopping, photoshoots, and goodbyes... It was time for each of us to return to the real world, and it was simply far too soon. Post con-depression hit as usual, but we were all left with a pretty good time. In short, it is safe to say that SoNo Productions debuted our newest Organization XIII cosplay with much success and we had alot of fun! Thank you so much for those who recognized us and said hello or asked for pictures! It is our servan- er, our fans, that can really make us smile~!
